Frequently Asked Questions

What programs and levels of study are offered at Parvis Exeter Academy?

Parvis Exeter Academy offers a complete educational pathway from K–12 through undergraduate and graduate studies. This includes our college-preparatory K–12 Academy, a four-year Undergraduate College with a variety of majors, and a Graduate School with master’s and doctoral programs. Our multi-level structure allows students to transition smoothly through each stage of education within one global learning community.

How do I apply and what are the admission requirements?

Prospective students can apply through our online application portal. Admission requirements vary by program: K–12 applicants typically provide academic records and may interview; undergraduate applicants need a high school diploma (or equivalent), standardized test scores (SAT/ACT), and proof of English proficiency; graduate applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree and may need GMAT/GRE scores and a research proposal for certain programs. We review each application holistically, considering academic achievement, personal character, and extracurricular involvement. Our Admissions Office is available to guide applicants through the process and answer any specific questions.

Are scholarships or financial aid available?

Yes. Parvis Exeter Academy is committed to making education accessible to talented students regardless of their financial background. We offer a range of merit-based scholarships, need-based financial aid packages, and assistantships for qualified students (especially at the undergraduate and graduate levels). Applicants are encouraged to inquire about these opportunities during the admission process. Our financial aid counselors work with families to explore all available funding options, including payment plans and external scholarships.

Can students study at both the Athens and Colorado campuses?

Absolutely. We encourage our students to take advantage of our international campus network. Many programs offer exchange opportunities or rotation terms between the Athens and Colorado campuses, allowing students to experience both environments during their studies. This dual-campus experience enriches students’ perspectives, as they can immerse themselves in the historic cultural setting of Athens and the vibrant, innovative atmosphere of our U.S. campus. Credits transfer seamlessly between campuses, so students stay on track academically while broadening their global outlook.

Does the Academy provide student housing or boarding facilities?

Yes. Both campuses offer comfortable housing options for students. Our Athens and Colorado locations each have on-campus residence halls for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as boarding facilities for high school students in the K–12 Academy. These living arrangements are supervised and designed to create a supportive, community atmosphere. Living on campus gives students convenient access to classes, libraries, dining halls, and recreational facilities, and helps international students adapt easily to campus life. We also assist those who prefer off-campus housing or homestay arrangements.
