Dr. Odetta Vranová

Professor of Environmental Policy and Sustainable Systems

Dr. Odetta Vranová brings over 20 years of experience in environmental systems governance, with a specialization in policy integration across European climate agreements. Her work has been instrumental in the development of cross-sector frameworks for sustainable urban planning in the EU. She teaches graduate seminars in Sustainable Development and leads faculty-student research on ecological impact assessment.

Prof. Eimantas Kazlauskas

Associate Professor of Computational Linguistics

Nationality: Lithuanian

Prof. Kazlauskas is a specialist in language modeling and AI-assisted semantic analysis. With a PhD from the University of Tartu, he has led several multilingual NLP projects across the Baltic and Nordic regions. His courses in Syntax Theory and Applied AI in Linguistics have inspired a generation of undergraduates at Parvis Exeter Academy.

Dr. Liane Vögele

Lecturer in Comparative Education and Social Change

Dr. Vögele focuses on postcolonial curriculum studies and transnational pedagogical innovation. She has conducted field research in educational systems across the Mediterranean and co-developed our Academy’s bilingual curriculum integration model. Her courses bridge K–12 pedagogy with undergraduate educational theory.

Dr. Arjen De Smet

Chair of Applied Global Economics

Dr. De Smet’s expertise lies in behavioral economics and international trade policy. Formerly a senior analyst at the European Central Bank, he joined Parvis Exeter Academy to advance research on ethical economic modeling and global market simulations. He mentors doctoral candidates in the fields of trade ethics and microeconomic resilience.

Prof. Mirela Dinescu

Senior Lecturer in Digital Humanities and Cultural Analytics

Prof. Dinescu is at the forefront of blending humanities with data science. Her work explores algorithmic bias in literature databases and visual analytics in historical archives. She teaches courses in Digital Narratives, Data & Identity, and supervises cross-campus student digital exhibitions.
